Daniele Galina

Few advisors understand that, in the business world, it’s almost never really about the business itself. Daniele Galina views leadership and corporate life from an unusual perspective—one that looks beyond strategy presentations and organizational charts to the human dynamics that actually determine whether a transformation succeeds or stalls.

With over 20 years of experience leading human resources, cultural, and transformation initiatives at large national and multinational companies—in the chemical, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, agribusiness, animal protein, and retail sectors—Daniele has built and led HR departments for organizations with up to dozens of thousands of employees and billion-Euro revenues.

She sat at the table with CEOs, executive boards, and leadership committees, steering succession planning, leadership development, cultural transformation, and change management at the highest levels of decision-making.

This extensive organizational experience ultimately led her to an unexpected place: psychoanalysis. Daniele completed formal training in this discipline and brought a clinical understanding of identity, anxiety, and decision-making to the boardroom. Her current practice bridges the gap between leadership development and psychoanalytic insights—she works with executives, entrepreneurs, and leaders who must navigate conflicts, transitions, and pressures that are rarely articulated in job titles or strategy documents. She has learned that to understand a professional, one must first consider the person as an individual.

Daniele brings a dimension to KOMPASSIUM that few consulting networks can offer: the ability to recognize what is actually behind the problem articulated by a leadership team. Succession issues, resistance to change, and friction in corporate leadership are rarely purely structural—they are human. Through her work, Daniele ensures that KOMPASSIUM takes both aspects into account.

Daniele, your ability to see the person behind the professional makes every transformation we lead more authentic and increases the likelihood that it will be sustainable.
