As a Senior Vice President at Prysmian Group, Vanessa spearheaded the Global Industrial Specialty Segments Division, delivering historic financial performance with double-digit revenue growth and high-double-digit contribution margin improvement. Her ability to navigate complex market dynamics and develop product, pricing, and sourcing solutions has enabled energy transitions across multiple sectors. Previously, she orchestrated successful business transformations in Latin America, harmonizing disparate go-to-market strategies into cohesive approaches that consistently exceeded performance expectations.
