About Longevity Reach Partners

Longevity Reach Partners* is an innovative platform and network that connects longevity and healthcare innovators (SMEs and startups) with strategic distribution partners, investors, and industry experts worldwide. We facilitate global expansion by providing access to curated commercial partnerships, educational resources, and investment opportunities. Our mission is to help longevity innovations reach more people worldwide, faster.

Longevity refers to helping people live not just longer, but better. It encompasses innovations in healthcare, wellness, preventive care, diagnostics, treatments, and technologies that improve quality of life and extend healthy lifespan. We focus on solutions that empower people to take control of their health proactively.

The platform welcomes five types of participants:
(1) EXPERTE: Experts willing to share knowledge and learn;
(2) KOMPASS: Distributors seeking strategic partnerships;
(3) KAPTÄM: Category-leading distributors with market dominance;
(4) INNOVATORS: Companies with longevity solutions ready to scale globally, seeking investors and commercial partners;
(5) INVESTORS: VCs, angels, family offices, and institutional investors seeking longevity investment opportunities with scalability and commercial partnership potential.

Unlike traditional B2B matchmaking platforms, we offer:

  1. Curated strategic partnerships, not just transactional relationships. It is not AI-based matchmaking. We apply technology to support connections, but it is always validated by sound judgment informed by KOMPASSIUM partners' experience.
  2. Practical go-to-market programs to enhance market knowledge, commercial readiness, and growth roadmap design and action;
  3. Multi-tier membership structure based on expertise and commitment;
  4. Category rights and first refusal options for leading partners;
  5. Direct access to both investors and commercial partners in one network;
  6. A community-driven approach with regular knowledge-sharing sessions driven to generate business and market access opportunities.

Membership & Benefits

Startups and SMEs gain access to:

  1. Strategic Distribution Partners: Vetted distributors across global markets who understand longevity innovations and follow high ethical standards;
  2. Educational Resources: Market intelligence, regulatory guidance, expansion strategies, and business leadership best practices;
  3. Investor Connections: Introductions to investors specifically interested in longevity and healthtech, and focused on companies seeking market expansion;
  4. Market Expansion Roadmap: Customized strategy for entering target markets;
  5. Commercial validation from experienced distributors;
  6. Continuous intelligence discussions about the latest discussions of key events, congresses and innovation hubs.

Innovators willing to share and participate in discussions are welcome to join us. For pre-seed and seed, we offer a sponsored, reduced annual fee, as they tend to benefit more from the learning than from the commercial partnerships. Series A+ startups and established companies are regular participants that can benefit from curated commercial partnerships, investment and fundraising opportunities.

We support two main areas:

  • CONSUMER HEALTH (non-prescription): OTC supplements/medicines, consumer wearables, wellness apps, dermacosmetics, DTC lab tests, longevity nutrition, sleep & circadian health, gut health & microbiome products.
  • PRESCRIPTION & MEDICAL DEVICES: Diagnostics & Biomarkers, Cardiovascular & Metabolic Health, Neurology & Cognitive Health, Musculoskeletal & Orthopedics, Cellular/Regenerative/Aesthetic Medicine, Digital Health & Remote Monitoring, Women's & Hormonal Health, Hospital Acute Care, Imaging & Respiratory Care, Dental & Oral Health.

While our technology scouting will be primarly focused on longevity innovation, traditional healthcare solutions can also be found as we understand that some of the participants will also benefit from broader portfolio that includes such sorts of products and services.

We will adapt the portfolio being offered as per the idenfied market trends and the discussions with the participants of the group.

Membership fees and early birds special conditions will be announced soon during the week of December 15, 2025.

Yes, pre-seed and seed-stage startups will have special conditions, as KOMPASSIUM will sponsor their participation. For the first year of enrollment in 2026, the final investment per startup will be significantly reduced. Stay tuned on the announcements during the week of December 15, 2025. Contact us at contact@kompassium.com for more information.

This depends on the agreement you negotiate with specific distribution partners. Kaptän has the first rights of refusal every time a new technology is offered in their categories. However, it does not block the innovator to negotiate territorial exclusivity (or not) with the potential commercial partner. This is subject to mutual agreement and typically comes with stronger commitments and support.

Yes. If the technology is not under review by a KAPTÄN first rights of refusal period, the innovators are open to negotiate with the potential partners that best fit to their strategy.

Our network will provide high quality sourcing opportunity for investors, as well as good fundraising opportunities to startups, without charging additional retainer fees. For when an investment partnership is set, KOMPASSIUM will be commissioned through a very reduced success fee when comparing to market standard practices.

For KAPTÄN members, this means you have the first opportunity to evaluate new innovations in your category before they're offered to other distributors in your territory during 2 months. You can test, approve, and potentially refuse technologies, giving you strategic control and competitive advantage in your market. Once a technology is rejected or the first rights of refusal passes, the solution will be made available in the platform for all other participants.

Partnership Process

We use a curated matching process considering:

  1. Geographic markets you want to enter;
  2. Product category and regulatory requirements;
  3. Distributor expertise, current portfolio, planned expansions, and track record;
  4. Strategic fit and cultural alignment;
  5. Exclusivity and category rights considerations;
  6. Market readiness and regulatory status.

Yes. We work with you to develop a market-expansion roadmap based on your priorities, regulatory readiness, and where we have strong distribution partners with proven track records. We will design the agenda of monthly and quarterly meetings to guide innovators to make bolder decisions for the long term market expansion plans. However, we can also direct design consulting programs to help each specific cases that the participants demand us to.

Our distribution partners, particularly KOMPASS and KAPTÄN members, have expertise navigating regulatory requirements in their markets or they have strong local networks to recommend potential partners. We also provide educational resources on regulatory pathways and can connect you with regulatory consultants through the KOMPASSIUM network. We have a list of potential partners to recommend upon request.

The Longevity Reach Partners are recommended to share only publicly available information. However, once both sides (innovators and distributors or innovators and investors) demonstrate the interest in seting a partnership, KOMPASSIUM request a common non-disclosure agreement to ensure they feel comfortable in sharing more information that may be needed.

Investment & Funding

We facilitate introductions between innovators and investors based on funding needs, stage, and investor focus areas. The platform also made initial fundraising goals to help investors seek for potential companies to invest. Investors can access information about your expansion plans, commercial traction through distribution partners, and partnership attractiveness. The existence of on going commercial agreements and the validation of KAPTÄN participants can also be a positive sign to investors of the startup growth potential.

Whenever is required, additional investors can be invited to the pitch hours KOMPASSIUM host throughout the year.

Our network will provide high quality scouting opportunity for investors, as well as good fundraising opportunities to startups, without charging additional retainer fees.
